The staff here are so rude and incompetent. The white girl on the till whose name began with a G gave incorrect change to a customer and then fought with another about what is a short or a tall drink instead of explaining it to the customer. When I asked her to check on my mobile order she sulked and said yeah. This is most likely her first job and I understand that people make mistakes but a certain level of professionalism should be maintained no matter what level of barista you are. Then came my interaction with the lady with glasses. My mum had ordered a hot chocolate but removed the mocha syrup. Now I have never worked at Starbucks so I didn’t know that removing the mocha syrup means that the drink is no longer a hot chocolate but it becomes hot oat milk with other syrups! Instead of explaining that there is no hot chocolate powder used she just kept saying “ you need to add the mocha back” I said multiple times okay that’s fine add the mocha back and she proceeded to flex her Starbucks knowledge instead of explaining how the drink is made. She also did not make a new drink for my mum, she added the syrup on top of the mess she already made and the drink just tasted of chemicals by that point lol.I think this whole branch needs training in how to speak to customers. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, there is never an excuse to be rude to a customer. If you need to explain things x over then you do so because we don’t pull hour shifts in Starbucks, we don’t see the recipient guides like the baristas do. God forbid we remove the mocha!!!! Sorry we don’t know the menu as well as the baristas!!! I think the staff need to take a step back and just calm down. Customers don’t deserve to be spoken to rudely just because the staff are stressed. Train the staff properly, hire more staff so the senior members are not stressed. Literally do anything because I’m fed up of the attitude in this place.

Such a delightful branch. I feel as though their efforts go unappreciated. I've become quite the regular, so one or two members of staff always know what I want before I even have to ask. But I digress. Anyways, if you want a nice iced caramel macchiato or want to listen to a workers' (good) playlist, which gives you vibes similar to what a U.S. Marine would have felt in South Vietnam in the s, giving this place a go is definitely something I encourage. To those too lazy to read: coffee is good; people are good, don't be lazy and get down here.

Always a comfortable branch to visit. Friendly staff.Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian options in food, although quite small is always tasty and I find they're always trying to be more imaginative than most places. Although it is quite pricey.Dietary restrictions: They offer a good range of milk alternatives for those who don't drink dairy or can't. Their vegan whipped cream is also absolutely amazing and better than their standard cream!
